Delete Your Data

You can ask Request.lk to delete the personal data stored for your account. Deleting your data is permanent.

What you can delete

• Profile details, including your name, email, and phone number
• Requests, responses, and messages
• Uploaded photos and files attached to your account

How to request deletion

1. Open the Request app and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete Account to remove the account and its data, or
3. Email privacy@request.lk from the address on your account and ask for a data deletion.

We process email requests within 7 business days. Some records may be kept where the law requires it, such as payment receipts.
